Thank you for wanting to contribute to aura8. Before you submit any ideas, concepts, prompts, sketches, or text for art objects and installations, please read this Agreement carefully. By submitting your idea through any of our channels (including Telegram, YouTube, TikTok, or Email), you agree to these terms.
When you submit an idea, concept, text, or prompt (collectively, "Submission") to aura8, you explicitly agree that your Submission becomes public domain. You grant aura8 a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free, and irrevocable license to use, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your Submission in any format, platform, or media (including the Roblox experience and marketing materials).
In terms analogous to the MIT License, this means we (and anyone else) can use your idea for any purpose, including commercial use, without any financial compensation or legal obligations to you.
You acknowledge and agree that your Submission is entirely voluntary and gratuitous. You will not receive any financial compensation, royalties, or share of revenue generated within the aura8 Roblox experience or related platforms, now or in the future.
We love our community and always strive to credit the authors of the best concepts (e.g., by placing your nickname on a plaque next to the art object or in the project updates). However, you agree that such attribution is done solely at our discretion and as a token of gratitude, and it does not constitute a legal obligation or admission of your ownership over the final implementation.
By sending a Submission, you guarantee that the idea belongs to you or is in the public domain, and that it does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights of any third party.
You understand that aura8 is constantly developing new 3D assets, galleries, and AI-generated concepts. It is possible that we are already working on, or will independently develop, an idea or concept similar to yours. You agree that you will have no claims against aura8 for any such coincidences or similarities.
